銷售工程師 Sales Engineer

A. Job Description崗位描述↟·◕•：

1. Responsible for promotion and sales of powder processing equipment from group’s manufactures to Chinese customers.

負責集團工廠的粉體加工裝置在中國的市場推廣和銷售；

2. Fulfill the sales target, meanwhile search the potential customers and markets.

開拓新的潛在客戶和市場╃◕▩✘✘，完成銷售任務；

3. Complete sales contracts negotiation and confirmation with customers, to complete the communication with customer during the order fulfillment process, confirm the products delivery and payments and so on;

完成與客戶的銷售合同談判及確認訂立╃◕▩✘✘，完成訂單執行過程中的與客戶的溝通│·✘◕、貨期確認│·✘◕、收款等

4. Report and feedback the process information timely

及時反饋和報告進度資訊

5. Obey the company’s rules and sales policies.

遵守公司各項規章制度╃◕▩✘✘，執行公司銷售政策；

6. Fix annual job target, submit job report regularly (incl. competition, market trend etc.).

明確本崗位的年度任務目標╃◕▩✘✘，定期提交工作報告（內容包括競爭對手情況和市場動向）；

7. Push the sales cycle of customer service and spare parts, and explore the new service and sales model, to come true the sales margin and growth;

推動客戶服務及備件銷售的週期迴圈╃◕▩✘✘，並探索新的服務和銷售模式╃◕▩✘✘，實現利潤和銷售額的增長；

8. Collaborate the received inquiries with other Sales Engineers who responsible for relevant industry application and the group manufacturers, so as to get the orders smoothly.

與公司各應用領域銷售工程師及集團國外工廠方面合作╃◕▩✘✘，處理收集到的客戶詢價╃◕▩✘✘，並配合完成銷售；

B. Qualifications資格要求↟·◕•：

1. University degree or above. Major in Chemical, Mineral, Pharmaceutical or Mechanical industries background as preference.

大學本科以上學歷╃◕▩✘✘，化工│·✘◕、礦物│·✘◕、製藥或機械等專業優先│✘│。

2. With approx. 5 years working experience in sales job, preference for powder processing business experiences.

5年以上銷售工作經驗者╃◕▩✘✘，有粉體加工領域的工作經驗為優先考慮│✘│。

3. CET 6. Fluent English both in written and oral is a must.

英語六級以上╃◕▩✘✘，聽說讀寫流利│✘│。

4. Be willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas.

能接受頻繁出差於國內外│✘│。

5. With open mind, creative and active personality.

性格活潑開朗╃◕▩✘✘，思維開闊╃◕▩✘✘，有創造性和主動性│✘│。

6. Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently with the sense of responsibility.

7. Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work.
